The Community Improvement Association held its major fundraiser, the "Black Tie Affair," recently at the Capital City Club. Over 100 people attended the event. Both Millbrook Mayor Al Kelly and County Commissioner Stephanie Smoke were recognized/presented with awards for their support of the Communities Improvement Association.
