Students at the vacation Bible school at Coosada Baptist Church 'discovered' lots of clues about the life of Jesus Christ from June 9 – June 13. The students enjoyed a spy/investigation theme during the week of fun, food, crafts, and games.

The Agency D3 (Discover, Decide, Defend) VBS kept the children entertained for hours with their volunteers leading them along the way. More than 120 students visited the school each day, 25 of them accepting Christ by the time the week was over.

The children collected 312 can goods and $378 in donations for the West Elmore Christian Outreach Mission Extension (W.E.L.C.O.M.E.)

Each day the students would be given a clue and by the end of the day the students would have to 'report back' to the agency. The clues had to do with the bible study they learn about each day.

Some of the questions they asked throughout the week included, 'Is Jesus Really God's Son?', Was Jesus More Than Just A Good Man?', 'Was Jesus' Death Real?', 'Is Jesus Alive?', and 'What do I do With the evidence about Jesus?'

In bible study they did many 'spy missions' or activities to answer the question of every day. They used scripture and decoders to discover hidden clues, magnifying glasses to find the secret message, and many other detective games.

The kids had an overall great time. But it didn't just benefit the lives of the students, but the lives of the teen volunteers and the adult coordinators. It may just look like a regular VBS to some people, but to others lives were changed and miracles happened.
