Becky Williamson was named the 2006 Rookie of the Year. Margie Warden took 2006 Highest Average Closed Sales Price. And once again, Millbrook’s Cindy Cauthen swept the rest of the production categories with 2006 Highest Average Closed List Price, 2006 Highest Listing Volume, 2006 Highest Closed Listing Volume, 2006 Top Listing Associate, 2006 Top Closed Units, 2006 Top Closed Volume and obviously the 2006 Top Sales Associate.
